As your cosmetic dentist and general dentist in Bellevue and Plattsmouth, Dr. Dworak wants to make it more convenient than ever to provide every member of your family with the dental healthcare they need for a lifetime of healthy smiles.

Dr. Jeff Dworak was born and raised in Omaha. He completed his undergraduate degree from University of Nebraska – Omaha and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 2001. Dr. Dworak married his wife Dawn, a Bellevue native, relocated to the Bellevue area and began serving the Plattsmouth Community at Plattsmouth Family Dentistry. In October 2008, he expanded his practice to include Capehart Family Dentistry. Dr. Dworak continues to attend Continuing Education to gain experience and expertise in all aspects of dentistry including Occlusal Disorders, Invisalign, Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, and Oral Surgery. Community involvement remains one of Dr. Dworak’s biggest concerns both personally and professionally. Capehart Family Dentistry has hosted 2 Dentistry from the Heart events and was the first office in Nebraska to host an event in 2012. He also dedicates time to community projects at local schools and community events. Dr. Dworak resides in Papillion with his wife Dawn and two children, Abby and Matthew. He enjoys spending time with his children, helping coach their sporting events, watching Husker football, and vacationing with the family.
