Bellevue Root Canal
If you have a tooth that is causing pain, you will want to visit us at Capehart Family Dentistry. Our top-notch dentists, just one of whom is Dr. Jeff Dworak, will be able to see you on an emergency basis and determine the cause of your tooth pain; if you need to have a
Bellevue root canal it will be provided to save the life of your tooth.
When you have a tooth that becomes painful when you eat something hot or cold, or when pressure is placed upon it, you must likely have a tooth which is infected in its interior. When this occurs, the tooth will need to have a Bellevue root canal performed on it in order to be saved. If this procedure is not performed on your tooth, the tooth will eventually fall out on its own, and need to be replaced by a dental implant or other type of tooth replacement method, in order to avoid further dental problems. Luckily, root canal procedures are effective in saving teeth in over 90% of cases. If you have a root canal procedure performed at our office, you will be able to remain in total comfort while their procedure is performed. This is due to our use of modern dental anesthesia which is extremely effective in keeping our patients comfortable during dental care. When our dentist performs a root canal procedure, all of the infected or damaged pulp is removed from the center of the tooth. The tooth and root canal systems are then thoroughly cleansed and sealed to prevent further infection. At some point you most likely will need to have a porcelain crown created to permanently cover the tooth so that the tooth remains strong and fully functional. Teeth that become damaged in this manner, need a root canal procedure when decay reaches the inside of the tooth, or when a tooth experiences trauma that damages the pulp at the center of the tooth.
