How do I schedule an appointment?

Will I get appointment reminders?

Yes. If you provide us with your cell phone number and email, we will send you appointment reminders.

Can I request a certain provider?

Yes. You can request a provider when you give us a call. Please let us know if you would like to stay with certain providers and we will make a note in your chart.

How long does a new patient appointment last?

New patient appointments are 90 minutes long.

I'm nervous - is there anything you can do to help?

Yes. Please ask us any and all questions you may have to help ease your anxiety. You can also request headphones, a pillow, and a blanket. We are happy to help make you as comfortable as possible.

Do you accept dental insurance?

We accept most PPO plans, but some may have Out-Of-Network benefits.

Do you accept Medicaid?

We do not. We would love to see you at our office, but your visit would be out of pocket.
