It takes three referrals to become a Platinum Member at Capehart Family Dentistry. Benefits include: a welcome box, a platinum card (which grants you additional perks throughout the year), and a holiday gift! In order to maintain your Platinum Membership status, and continue to receive these benefits, you must maintain a current account balance, and attend each scheduled appointment.
